Ulpolen®
1000 is used in the log processing industry as gang saw and bucksaw guides,
as sliding profiles and directors for chain conveyors and as directors
under conveyor belts.
Ulpolen® 1000 support plates are very strong. As they do not
dull the knives, they are used in pressing and cutting materials such as textiles, leather,
carton paper, paper etc.
Ulpolen® 1000, with its perfect wear, impact and water
resistance and low coefficient of friction, is used as the “Filter
Plate” especially in the seperation of pulp from water. Not only is it
long lasting, but it also helps extend the operational life of the
plastic or metallic wire filter rotating fast over it. For these reasons
it is successfully used in the paper industry in applications such as vacuum box cover, hydrofoil box, vacofoil limiting plates,
siphon box cover etc. |

Kestamid® is an engineering
plastic used commonly for its superior mechanical, physical, chemical
and electrical properties. It is replacing aluminum, copper, bronze,
steel, fiber, brass and other metals in many applications with superior
advantages as
it is lightweight, resistant to corrosion, impact, wear and water and and operates silently
without lubrication.
Making use of techniques specific to production of
Kestamid® and mechanical resistance of metals, it is possible to make
gears with steel core, pulleys, mixer rotors or produce Nylon® cylinders
with steel mill.
Production technique of Kestamid® is extremely economical
as it enables production of bearings, gears, wear plates and pulleys of
any dimension and quantity. |
